    Comments:

Unfortunately I took a spill last riding season and bent the he x2 l out out the stock pedals on my Trek Domane 2.0 (still usable, was just bent to heck). So for x-mas I put these pedals on my list because of the price point and because they would give me the opportunity to use cleats if I wanted to upgrade in the future. They were really easy to install. Set up the indoor trainer and instantly felt more comfortable (without cleats of course). My shoes stuck to the platform side of the pedals with no issues at all (way better than the stock pedals). I've never used cleats, so I have no idea how that side of the pedal will work at this time, but it's nice to know I have the choice.
