Shipping (Between Store Locations)
If you see our website charges shipping this is because the item you ordered is not in stock at your selected pickup location. You can see what location items are available at by going to that item, clicking “Pickup in store, Find a store near you” and all stores with a green check mark have that item.
BikeSourceOnline.com offers free pick up at your local BikeSource for in stock items. Items can be transferred between stores in the same state for no additional charge. Please specify which location you will be picking up at. **If an item is outside your pickup state, there will be a relocation fee of $199.99 for items 18lbs+ (Bikes) and $9.99 for everything else.
**Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
We will contact you via phone or email to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Most in stock orders will be available within 2 business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Orders not picked up within 15 days will be returned to stock and your order will be canceled.
***Bicycles and oversize items that are not in stock at your pick up location will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable. If this should occur, we will notify you, and only bill your credit card for merchandise that is in stock.
We will accept returns within 30-days of original purchase date. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or contact email@example.com for the next best step. Items returned that are unwanted or that appears used and will be subject to a restocking fee or denied returning.
